Appointment Policy

Please help us by being on time for your appointment. Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed. For your convenience, we recommend that our guests schedule their next appointments prior to leaving the salon and spa.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other guests and our technicians, if you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. A service charge may be applied when advanced notice is not supplied.

Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or store credit. Cosmetic purchases however, are non-returnable.

Arrival Time

We suggest that you check in at the reception desk 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may relax and prepare for your treatment or service. Late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment/service time.

Guest Etiquette

As a courtesy to all guests, cellular phones and pagers must be turned off or put on vibrate while in the salon and spa.

Personal Valuables

Please leave all personal valuables at home as we may not accept the responsibility for damaged or misplaced personal items.


We appreciate the cooperation of all parents in ensuring the safety of their child by bringing them to the salon only if they are receiving a service. Children are not permitted in spa areas unless they are receiving treatments. Children under the age of eighteen may require permission from a parent to receive some spa or salon services.

Guest Services

Our team takes great pride in all of the services and treatments that we provide. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your service or treatment, please bring it to our attention immediately so we can rectify the situation.

Gratuity Policy

Leaving gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and are greatly appreciated. It is customary to extend a 20% gratuity to your technician for exemplary service. Gratuity will be accepted as cash or check – we can not add gratuity to credit card transactions. A 20% gratuity is added to all Spa Packages and parties of 8 or more guests.


Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk reception area. For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, SpaFinder Gift Certificates, Spa Wish Gift Certificates, SpaWeek Gift Certificates and Le Jardin Gift Cards, cash or check.

Health Issues and Spa Services

Please be forthcoming with your personal health so that we can help you plan accordingly. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may be best to avoid body wraps or any treatments that involves heat or detoxification. If you’re allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed. If you are allergic to nuts please make sure that our essential oils or facial products are nut free. If you have varicose veins, avoid body scrubs to those areas. If you are pregnant, avoid essential oils, detoxification, and anything that could raise your body temperature such as body wraps or hot stones. We do not under any circumstance wax clientele who are using Retin-A, Renova, Accutane, or other acne medications both topical and or internal.
